About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2+ years’ experience who takes pride in delivering exceptional client service and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will manage transactions from instruction to completion, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and efficient journey for all parties.
Responsibilities
* Manage your own caseload of residential sales and purchases from start to finish.
* Prepare, review, and draft legal documentation, including contracts and transfer deeds.
* Conduct property searches and carry out thorough due diligence checks.
* Build strong relationships and liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and lenders.
* Maintain accurate, up-to-date records using our case management systems.
* Proactively identify and resolve issues to prevent delays and ensure timely completions.
* Prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
Qualifications
* Essential: Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing (PQE preferred).
* A solid understanding of the entire conveyancing process and legal requirements.
Required Skills
* Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach.
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and manage a busy workload under pressure.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using case management software.
* A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering a first-class service.
Preferred Skills
* Relevant legal qualifications are desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
