Mayday Personnel is working with a reputable company who are looking for a Bench Joiner to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity to work with a business who are a leader in their field, offering expert services across the UK & Europe. The Bench Joiner role will be a temporary to permanent position on a full-time basis if you get on well!
Experience:
* Machine operating experience within a workshop environment (CNC machining is not essential)
* Hand/power tools experience (candidates are required to have their own tools)
* Knowledge of spraying (preferred)
* Knowledge and experience of working to CAD drawings
* Good attention to detail and able to follow verbal and written instructions effectively
* Able to work in a fast paced environment, whilst maintaining accuracy and quality
Main duties:
* Operating machinery within a workshop environment
* Laminating
* Assembly
* Using various hand and power tools
* Quality checking finished products
* Working to CAD drawings to ensure specifications are accurate
* Keeping the workshop and customer premises clean and tidy
Pay:
* £13.00 to £13.50ph (depending on experience)
Hours:
* Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm
* Overtime opportunities available
