A stunning B&I location in Nuneaton for a global provider of automotive engineering, research and test services. Catering for approximately 1200 people daily. We offer lunch, coffee shop, roaming food van and a good amount of high end hospitality. The role is a Monday to Friday operation. You will be excited to work with fresh seasonal ingredients & regularly changing bespoke menus. You will be creative and have the opportunity to showcase your skillset.
Responsibilities:
1. Work well in a team, providing breakfast, lunch & hospitality services.
2. Produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch, and following the company's brand standards.
3. Ensure company food standards are adhered to and wastage is controlled.
4. Follow all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures.
5. Experience of pot wash duties would be an advantage.
