Your new role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
1. Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
2. Support children’s learning through play-based activities and structured sessions.
3. Assist with personal care routines and promote positive behaviour and wellbeing.
4. Work closely with parents and carers to ensure every child thrives.
5. Maintain accurate observations and contribute to planning for individual needs.
What you'll need to succeed
6. Level 3 Early Years qualification
7. Proven experience in a Nursery or EYFS setting.
8. Strong understanding of child development and safeguarding.
9. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills.
10. Paediatric First Aid certificate (highly desirable).
11. Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
