Key Responsibilities: * Process orders efficiently and accurately * Liaise with Italian and Spanish-speaking B2B clients via email and phone * Respond promptly to customer enquiries regarding pricing, stock availability, delivery queries, etc. * Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics) to ensure accurate export documentation * Deliver a professional, first-class customer service experience at all times * Represent the company at events and exhibitions when required * Communicate with sales agents across Italian and Spanish-speaking territories Candidate Requirements: * Fluent in Italian and good knowledge of Spanish * Previous experience in customer service or administration * Friendly, professional, and confident telephone manner * Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Why Join?
