The Role
This is a full 360 legal recruitment role where you will manage candidates and clients throughout the entire recruitment process. Full training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and driven person who wants to work hard and earn well.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing and engaging legal professionals
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with law firms and candidates
* Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement
* Conducting candidate interviews and client briefings
