The Role
* As Deputy General Manager you will support the General Manager in all aspects of running the venue as if it were your own business.
* Be business savvy and demonstrate great commercial acumen.
* Your team will look up to you, it's essential to train, nurture and develop your staff to maintain incredibly high standards and customer satisfaction.
* You will be given the opportunity to train, personally develop and progress your career as the company continues to grow.
What Were Looking For:
* A bold leader who takes ownership and wears their heart on their sleeve
* Ability to stay cool and collected under pressure
* A collaborative spirit; we leave egos at the door to get things done
* Minimum of 2 years experience as a General Manager
* Solid communication and organizational skills
* Superb customer and floor service expertise
* A deep understanding of business from financials to customer satisfaction
* An entrepreneurial flair with a passion for community engagement and creating events
* A love for training, mentoring, and growing a team while having fun
* Personal License holder is a plus
