About the Role: The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the firms conveyancing department. You will work closely with Solicitors to ensure the smooth progression of property transactions, providing high-quality administrative and secretarial support throughout the process. Key Responsibilities: Preparing legal documents and correspondence relating to residential conveyancing Managing files from instruction through to post-completion Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other third parties Handling searches, Land Registry applications, and SDLT forms Audio and copy typing of legal documents Diary management and general administrative duties Requirements: Previous experience as a legal secretary, ideally within conveyancing Strong audio typing and IT skills (Microsoft Office, case management systems) Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills A professional and friendly manner with a strong client focus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Apply?
