We are seeking talented, enthusiastic, dynamic, and customer-oriented SALES REPRESENTATIVES to join our On-Street Sales team. You will play a key role in driving sales and increasing revenue throughout the season.
This varied and engaging role involves meeting people from around the world and helping them make the most of their visit with our range of tours and experiences. It is ideal for candidates with sales, retail, and customer service experience.
As an ambassador for TOOTBUS London, you will proactively promote ticket sales for sightseeing tours covering major tourist attractions in Windsor. Providing excellent customer service, promoting our products, and offering local advice are essential responsibilities.
Experience and Skills
* Passion and flair for excellent customer care, with exceptional interpersonal skills.
* High standards of presentation, punctuality, and teamwork.
* A passion for sales and a results-oriented approach.
* Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is desirable.
Job Specifics
* Seasonal short-term contract until 30 September 2025, with potential for permanent opportunities after a successful first season. Contract duration is flexible.
* Ability to work outdoors in a tourist environment in Central London.
* Average of 9 hours per day, any 5 days a week, including weekends.
* Availability during peak season from April to August is essential.
* Pay Rate: Basic rate of £13 per hour, increasing to £13.52 on 31 March 2025. Commission can be earned, averaging between £20 and £40 daily based on personal sales, with potential for more during spring and summer seasons.
