Learn more at www.adm.com Your Responsibilities • Develop products as directed by the business • Ensure successful launches of new products from approval to first production in line with internal processes and ensuring Customer standards are met. • Understand relevant factory processes and attend factory trials and product launches. • Run and document shelf-life trials to set microbiological and organoleptic standards • Produce accurate and timely paperwork (trial and shelf-life reports, QASs) and run Critical Paths • Liaise with Customers, operations, supply chain, commercial and technical teams. • Support the Innovation Manager in all aspects of the Innovation process. Your Profile • 2 years min. food/ extract manufacturing experience preferably in a npd role • Knowledge of Food hygiene and HACCP • Educated to degree level in Food Science or Technology or similar • Excellent communication skills • Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure. • Accuracy. • Flexibility to travel to other sites, sometimes at short notice. • Willingness to take responsibility and assist in the training and mentoring of junior colleagues.
