Executive Assistant (Permanent, 35h/week, Hybrid in Bradford)
Location: Bradford, hybrid with occasional travel to Peterborough.
Salary: £39,360 per annum. Spot rate, with progression to full salary.
Responsibilities
As an Executive Assistant, you’ll support the Executive Team with high‑level administrative, organisational and strategic tasks, ensuring services run smoothly and efficiently for customers and colleagues. Key duties include diary management, meeting coordination, clear information flow, safeguarding priorities to support the customer journey, anticipating challenges, managing competing demands, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining a focus on delivering high‑quality outcomes.
Qualifications
* Proven experience providing high‑level administrative and organisational support to senior leaders or executives
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, engaging confidently and professionally at all levels
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, work proactively and independently, and handle confidential information with discretion
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
* Proven ability to build and maintain positive, effective working relationships, navigating ambiguity with confidence
* Experience undertaking research, preparing reports and creating professional presentations
* Experience recording meetings, with demonstrated speed, accuracy and sound business awareness
