Overview
You will be working within the Conveyancing Team supporting fee earners with administrative and conveyancing tasks on a day-to-day basis.
This is an interesting and varied role, providing an opportunity to progress further within an experienced team.
Responsibilities
* Be an accurate typist with experience in conveyancing.
* Speak to clients to keep them appraised of progress.
* Draft documents.
* Perform detailed diary management and manage matters on our case management system – from opening a matter to final billing, as well as keeping databases updated.
* Use MS Office (Word and Excel); experience with Connect and RedBricks legal software would be an advantage.
Qualifications
* Accurate typist with experience in conveyancing.
* Experience in communicating with clients and keeping them informed of progress.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
* Familiarity with Connect and RedBricks would be advantageous.
* Attention to detail and diary management skills.
