Competitive Base Salary: Start with a base salary of £45,378 (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance, if applicable), with the potential to earn up to £57,000 through on-target earnings.
Flexible Working Hours: Enjoy a 40-hour work week with core hours from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays.
As an RAC Mobile Mechanic in our Service, Maintenance, and Repair division, you’ll bring your expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to our customers—whether they’re at home or at work. Forget the constraints of a traditional garage; you’ll deliver first-class service wherever you go. We’ll set you up for success from day one with:

You thrive on variety. Every day brings new challenges—servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and checks. You’ll manage your stock, report your findings, and keep those customer conversations flowing.
You think on your feet. You’ll be trusted to make the right call for each customer, tackling different fixes and new faces every day.
What You’ll Need
* Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
* At least 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles
* A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
