Do you have a background in the Motor or Automotive trade? Are you looking for a permanent role with a leading automotive parts group, who offer progression into senior positions, training to get you up to speed and a quarterly commission bonus which can significantly increase your earnings?
This company is a market leader in distributing replacement parts for cars and vans, across the Midlands and South Yorkshire regions, operating from 13 established locations. In this role, you'll be part of a close-knit team, supporting the supply of parts to both domestic customers and directly to garages. Your responsibilities will include unpacking orders, organizing deliveries and collections, and taking on additional sales tasks by upselling products and services. Performance will be monitored through KPIs and has the opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses based on achievement.
This position would suit someone from the Motor or Automotive Trade with a background in Parts or Sales, looking for a permanent role with potential progression and the opportunity to boost your earnings with commission.
The Role:
* Telephone-Based Sales
* Contacting both existing and new customer accounts
* Working with Sales / Ops Manager to create plans and strategy
* Producing reports and handling branch queries
* Monday to Friday 45 hour week - 08:00 - 17:00
* Alternate Saturday Hours 08:00 - 13:00
The Person:
* Background as Sales or Parts Advisor
* Background in Automotive / Motor Industry
* Commutable to Castleford
