Risk and Controls Analyst - Belfast
Contract Initial End Date: 31st December 2025
Daily Rate: £200 - £250 (inside IR35 via umbrella)
Hybrid working - 3 days in BELFAST and 2 days remote working (non-negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management: Liaise with front office contacts and maintain strong relationships with internal partners across the business.
Process optimisation: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, propose solutions, and lead the implementation of improvements.
Risk Assessment: Assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations to safeguard the organisation's reputation and assets.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with various business units to achieve organisational objectives.
Control Monitoring: Participate in monitoring controls, providing oversight, and escalating issues in a timely manner.
Special Projects: Assist in special projects and technology enhancements as required.
Issue Management: Act as the main point of contact for time-sensitive issues.
Qualifications:
Relevant experience in the financial markets or business support.
Knowledge of global markets traded products, including downstream processing practises and related control principles, is a plus.
Demonstrated leadership skills in integrating processes across diverse businesses, regions, and support functions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
