Overview
We’re looking for a Workforce Planning Manager for our public sector client based in Exeter on an initial 3-month contract with possible extension, paying market rates Inside IR35. This role allows hybrid working with an expectation to attend the office 1–2 days per week.
Responsibilities
* Overseeing team wellbeing and staff development
* Ensuring records, timesheets and expenses are accurate and compliant
* Leading and engaging a dispersed team of 14, including regular team meetings
* Managing resourcing and workforce planning across technical staff
* Supporting projects and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
* Building strong working relationships across the organisation
* Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Experience managing remote and hybrid teams
* Relationship-building at all levels
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively
