Job Title: Qualified Social Worker – Sefton – Adults

We have an exciting job role for a Qualified Social Worker in the Adults Team in Sefton Council.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will conduct assessments of adults in need of social care services, develop and implement personalized care plans, and provide support and advocacy to ensure their well-being and independence. You will work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to deliver comprehensive care, maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and interventions, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies. Additionally, you will participate in team meetings and contribute to service development.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
