About the Role - The Software Engineering Manager will provide technical leadership while contributing to the development process. This role focuses on guiding developers, supporting feature development and fixes, and managing day-to-day operations to ensure the team delivers high-quality, scalable solutions that align with business objectives. Experience required - 5-8 years’ in a technical role, with at least 1-2 years' of proven team management experience within a development team Hands-on software development expertise, particularly in Python Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable business solutions Experience guiding developers in a technical capacity Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams This role is 70% hands on, 30% management Technical Expertise Required - Python - proficiency with Pandas, Numpy, SQLAlchemy, FastAPI, and Pydantic MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services like Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, VMs, Load Balancers, and Cloud Logging.
