* Product Development & Innovation: Lead the development of innovative, scalable, and secure banking products.

* Budget & Resource Management
* Scalability & Performance: Continuously assess and improve the platform’s scalability, performance, and uptime.
Key Requirements
* 7+ years of Fintech/Defi product experience
* Start-up experience as founding tech team member from early stages to exit
* Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* A passion for technology innovation and a deep understanding of the financial services ecosystem within a start-up.
