What you'll be doing;
Deliver sales and operational excellence for Industrial Site Services in Wales Region
Drive continuous improvement through lean management techniques
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
Manage and develop business performance and profitability
Ensure safe working systems and promote safety culture
Coordinate with operational teams for work preparation and execution
Plan resources and service delivery to meet client expectations
Identify and implement growth opportunities
Oversee multiple depots to achieve overall business targets
What we're looking for;
Qualification in CPC Road Haulage Operations
IT literate to assist in reporting, record keeping and schedule planning
Excellent people management skills
Knowledge of industrial services is desirable
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Experience in operational excellence and lean management
Commercial acumen and financial management expertise
Proven track record in driving business growth and profitability
Strong focus on health and safety management
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience in resource planning and service delivery
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-profile environment
