Directors are informed about service quality, safety and effectiveness. Ensure there is a strong focus on individual wellbeing outcomes Ensuing systems are in place to assess, monitor and improve the quality and safety of the service. Reporting on the adequacy of the resources available to provide the service. To develop a positive culture and ensure that the service users have a voice.
