Applications are invited for an experienced B4 Medical Secretary to provide secretarial and administration support to the Older Adult Consultants and Medics at the Community Mental Health Team, RITT and Memory Assessment Team based at Brookside Day Care Centre in Ormskirk. The successful applicant will be offered full on the job training.
You will need advanced word processing skills,OCR level III or equivalent word processing experience. In addition, you will need digital audio typing experience.
You will need some experience of live typing in meetings with excellent summarising skills. You will need previous Secretarial experience. The post holder will coordinate their activities with other members of the secretarial team to ensure an efficient and confidential service is provided. The successful applicants will require a flexible approach and the ability to work across other sites if required for the needs of the service.
