As Organisational Design Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the structure and capabilities needed to successfully deliver this transformation. Working within our Transformation team, you’ll lead the organisational design of a new delivery entity – the ‘shadow Infrastructure Provider (IP)’ – ensuring it evolves from today’s programme structure into a fully established organisation, ready to design, build, and ultimately deliver these reservoirs. This is a unique opportunity to bring your expertise in organisational design to a ground-breaking programme, influencing how we establish the right capabilities, structures, and supply chain partnerships at each stage of development. As Organisational Design Lead, you will: Define and build the organisational capability and capacity needed to deliver each phase of the Reservoirs Programme. Lead the design and implementation of the OD transformation plan, including governance structures and business case development. Shape and support the recruitment of the leadership of the new ‘shadow IP’, working closely with HR and recruitment partners. Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and external advisors, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and delivery of objectives. Embed organisational change effectively across the programme and ensure benefits are measurable, reported, and realised. What does it take to be an Organisational Design Lead? You’ll be adept at building trusted relationships, influencing diverse stakeholders, and shaping compelling business cases, whilst bringing pragmatism, creativity and problem-solving to drive innovative organisational design that will shape the future of the business.
