The Role
The successful applicant should ideally be a dedicated educator who is highly motivated to work in a collaborative team environment. The successful applicant will ideally be energetic, innovative, and enthusiastic in the promotion of Health and Physical Education within the school and will be responsible for the coordination and organisation of all school sporting events including annual Athletics, Swimming and Cross-Country Carnivals, Kimberley Cup, interschool sports, Country Week and other extracurricular activities. You should be well organised, motivated, and committed to developing positive relationships and have high expectations for all students.
Knowledge and competency in the Health and Physical Education component of the Western Australian (WA) Curriculum and reporting schedule is a requirement. The following qualifications such as a Bus Licence, First Aid and CPR, Bronze Medallion and the ability to teach Physical Education Studies and/or Outdoor Education is also highly desirable.
