Job Title: Supply Teacher Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Altrincham Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £130 - £150 Per day Job Duties: Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students across various subjects and age groups. Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual learning styles and needs of students. Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience. Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification. Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and educational standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics and engage students in learning. Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field. Experience: Proven experience in teaching or working with students in an educational setting. Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of effective teaching strategies and assessment methods. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students. Strong organisational and time management skills. Proficiency in using educational technology and resources to enhance learning. Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education or relevant field. Experience working as a supply teacher in a similar setting. Additional certifications or training in specific subject areas. Working Conditions: Work in various schools and educational institutions on a temporary basis. Adhere to school policies and procedures while maintaining professionalism at all times.
