The Offer

Business Development Opportunities
Through our established network of referrers, each new Area Director has discovered their first client. You will have similar access to:
- referral networks to acquire initial clients;
- market entry support via our franchisee programmes, including potential funding assistance from banks such as Lloyds, HSBC, and the British Business Bank.
Our Plans
We are looking to add only 2 or 3 new franchises each year, with a maximum of 12‑15 total. Entry barriers remain low for the right candidates, but you will need to invest time, professional skills, and commitment to build a sustainable practice.

As a franchisee you will be responsible for establishing and growing your own HR consulting business, including:
- identifying and securing new clients;
- delivering tailored HR advice and services to organisations of all sizes;
- maintaining client relationships and ensuring high levels of service quality;
- working with the national brand to promote your business and benefit from shared resources.
