We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Liaison Officer to join our assets and investments team. Adopting a customer-focused approach, you will deliver an excellent property liaison service, ensuring that tenants and residents are actively involved, consulted, and listened to throughout any improvement or capital works programmes.
As a Project Liaison Officer, you will play a key role within the assets and investments team, working closely with contractors and customers to deliver a responsive service that recognizes and proactively responds to the needs of contract holders, residents, and the local community.
The ideal candidate will understand how to actively support contract holders and residents, possess excellent organizational skills, be able to plan and prioritize their workload, and be comfortable working on-site engaging with contractors and community members.
