Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for an Employee Benefits Administrator position in Manchester to join a leading Independent Financial Advice firm. This company is a well-established, award winning, financial advisory business, based Manchester. This firm is people first working with financially vulnerable clients, developing responsible investment strategies, and giving back to the local community.
The Role:
To provide first-class administration support to the Employee Benefit department working together with a team of Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, in order that they may provide the corporate client with a positive professional experience, offering highly technical and qualified knowledge and ongoing assistance.

Skills and experience required: Employee Benefits Administrator
* Broad and current knowledge of financial services and financial planning preferred.
* Experience within an IFA practice ideal but not essential.
* Good attention to detail.
* Excellent Communication Skills – both written and oral.
* Good telephone manner.
* Proactive and flexible in their approach to work and willing to go the extra mile
