PURPOSE
This exciting role is a position within the Facilities Investment Team, part of the wider Facilities Department, which administers the £150m direct capital programme investment into cricket facilities across the Professional and Recreational games.

YOU'LL BE DOING
* Assisting in the development of, making improvements to, and testing the ECB's bespoke Investment Management System (IMS), relaunching in 2025 and used by all funding applicants
* Using IMS to undertake
o Compliance and due diligence on grant and loan applications
o End-to-end case work on small scale loan applications
o Preparation and issuing of contract award letters
o Management of project cashflow
o Support for network users by allocating devolved budgets and system access
* Providing general customer service and guidance to grant and loan applicants
* Assisting in the development of new systems and guidance to support the grants and loans programmes
* Managing a high-volume workload
* Assisting the team of Facilities Planning Managers in supporting the administration of central funding programmes
* Supporting the Facilities and Recreational Cricket departments to administer programmes and campaigns as needed
YOU'LL HAVE
* The right to work in the UK
* Essential: Experience in administration, ideally working with high volumes of documents and customers
* Essential: Excellent communication skills including written and telephone customer service experience and the ability to negotiate, and manage customer expectations
* Essential: An eye for detail enabling you to work accurately and efficiently and spot discrepancies, errors, and potential system weaknesses
* Essential: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Desirable: A good understanding of capital investment programmes for facility development
* Desirable: Experience in software development testing
