The Role
Were seeking a highly skilled Senior Cabinetmaker to join our team. Youll play a key role in bringing our designs to life, working on unique projects that demand technical excellence and creative problem-solving. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a collaborative, detail-driven environment.
As a Senior Cabinetmaker, You Will
* Craft and assemble bespoke cabinetry and furniture to the highest standards
* Interpret technical drawings and specifications with precision
* Select and work with premium materials and finishes
* Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and effectively
* Collaborate with designers, project managers, and installation teams
* Mentor junior makers and contribute to workshop best practices
* Ensure quality control throughout the production process
About You
To apply for this role, you should have:
* Proven experience in high-end cabinet making (minimum 5 years preferred)
* Exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail
* Strong understanding of joinery techniques and furniture construction
* Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and technical plans
* Confidence in using a range of woodworking machinery and hand tools
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset and pride in your work
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
