Pertemps is recruiting on behalf of our Telford-based client who is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support a fast-paced sales office. This multifaceted role involves a mix of administrative tasks, customer service, and sales support. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional service to clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process customer orders and manage data using SAP
2. Respond to customer and supplier inquiries via phone and email, resolve complaints, and ensure timely delivery of products
3. Maintain accurate records and generate reports using Excel and Microsoft Office
4. Support sales functions and contribute to customer satisfaction
5. Utilize strong communication and organizational skills
6. Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
