Role Overview
The Senior Technical Delivery Consultant will play a key role in implementing bespoke ER case management solutions for clients. The successful candidate will act as the interface between business requirements and technical delivery—working across workflow design, system configuration, coding, and client enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Requirements Gathering & Solution Design
* Collaborate with Project Managers, Data and Development Specialists to capture implementation requirements
* Evaluate and challenge client needs to identify the most efficient solutions
* Translate operational workflows into tailored system designs using tools like Lucidchart or similar
* Propose optimised solutions that address business challenges using the full capability of the platform
Technical Implementation & Delivery

The client is open to applications from a wide range of experience levels, including recent graduates with technical aptitude, through to experienced professionals with a background in workflow automation or solution delivery.
