IT Service Delivery Analyst
We’re supporting a global life science company in hiring an IT Service Delivery Analyst to join their on-site IT team. This role ensures reliable day-to-day IT operations, providing hands-on support to end users and maintaining key systems across the site.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary contact for IT incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
* Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and 1st level network or telecom issues.
* Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment to support daily business operations.
* Manage local IT inventory and coordinate with external vendors for on-site services.
* Follow ITIL and ServiceNow processes to maintain accurate records and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements
* Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* 3–5 years’ experience in IT service delivery, helpdesk, or technical support.
* Strong understanding of hardware, software, networking, and IT security principles.
* Familiarity with ServiceNow, ITIL, and common ticket management systems.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills; certifications (CompTIA, MCP, MCSE) are a plus.
