About the role:
1. Act as the primary point of contact with the LPC and local pharmacies ensuring that there is regular and good quality communication with these partners.
2. Promote the work of Change Grow Live locally and ensure the use of pharmacies is maximised to promote healthy outcomes for our service users.
3. Expand the network of pharmacies offering services to ensure good coverage locally.
4. Use PharmaOutcomes and other systems to collect and collate data.
5. Support in ensuring that pharmacies receive payments for their activities.
6. Completing audits of Service Level Agreements.
About you:
7. Knowledge and understanding of drug and alcohol issues and experience of working within a related field.
8. Knowledge and understanding of the role of pharmacies in the drug and alcohol treatment provision.
9. Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build meaningful and productive relationships with other agencies
10. Experience of working in an outcomes-focused environment, and working with multiple demands.
11. High level of competence in analysing data sets, and communicating there meaning.
