Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be working with a growing industrial products and services business to recruit an Area Sales Manager to support continued UK growth.
Our client is an innovative industrial services provider offering a complete range of engineering products, technical site services and procurement solutions.
This role focuses on developing existing accounts while winning new business across the South Wales region. You’ll work closely with engineering, maintenance, facilities, quality and procurement teams, taking a consultative, relationship-led approach to sales.
The right individual will understand selling to end users, but the key thing here is that you are selling a solution rather than a product. We need a strategic thinker that can build solid relationships and map out decision makers, in many cases across multiple sites.

What you’ll be doing
* Growing revenue and profitability within an existing portfolio of customers
* Identifying, winning, and developing new business opportunities
* Building trusted relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
* Owning the full sales cycle — from first conversation through to close
* Keeping your pipeline and activity up to date in the CRM
* Spending at least three days a week out in the field, meeting customers face-to-face
