We are seeking a bright, enthusiastic, and highly organised experienced Personal Assistant to join our busy administration team in Wolverhampton. This is a full-time, office-based role supporting a successful Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with both new and existing clients, handling queries and service requests professionally.
* Conduct pre-business research to support financial planning and advice.
* Prepare reports for new business and client meetings.
* Assist in the arrangement and preparation of client review meetings.
* Process applications and documentation for life, pension, and investment products.
* Support compliance procedures and ensure accurate record-keeping.
* Communicate effectively with insurance providers and other third parties.
* Manage diaries and schedule appointments efficiently.
Ideal Candidate:
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to work both independently using your own initiative and as part of a team.
* Prior experience in the financial services industry is essential.
* Proficiency with the Intelliflo back-office system is essential.
