You will be working Days for a Medium Sized Nursing Home with state-of-the-art facilities, and you will be using the latest care technology which will enable you to spend the time you want and need with the service users. You will be committed to ensure high-quality nursing and care support places the individual at the centre of everything and based on the core values of Wellness, Happiness and Kindness.
Shift Times: 07:45 - 20:15 Rota including weekends

Your Role and Duties
* Assessing patients' health and care needs and developing care plans
* Administering medication and monitoring services users response
* Providing nursing care, including wound care and palliative care
* Liaising with other healthcare professionals to coordinate personalised care
* Supporting service users with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
* Providing emotional support to service users and their families
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
Qualifications
NMC Registered Nurse
Experience working in nursing home setting
Caring and Compassionate
