Speech Language Therapist for Dysphagia & Complex Needs - HarlowJob IntroductionWe are seeking a permanent Band 6 Speech & Language Therapist specializing in dysphagia and complex needs to join our Community Children’s Therapy Team in West Essex, covering Uttlesford, Harlow, and Epping Forest.You’ll be part of our innovative Essex Child and Family Wellbeing Service, developed in partnership with Barnardo’s, where we prioritize efficiency and put more time into meaningful interactions with children and families to improve health outcomes in the community.Working in a multidisciplinary team, you’ll collaborate with supportive, friendly, and inclusive colleagues who provide regular supervision, training, and team meetings to ensure your success. You will assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for infants, children, and young people aged 0-19 years.
