Receptionist and Admissions Assistant [Ref: BRTN1337]

Pro rata of £24,405 - £24,502 per annum (i.e. £12,877.32 - £12,928.50)

23.5 hours per week- 36 weeks per year

Are you looking for that ideal part-time reception/administrator role in the centre of Brighton?

To be part of a cross-college centralised Reception and Admissions team, co-ordinated on a day-to-day basis by the Admissions Supervisor, providing impartial information, advice and guidance to prospective students, parents and employers etc. Overall supporting and promoting the recruitment and retention of students.

As the role involves dealing with students and staff, our Receptionist and Admissions Assistant will be brilliant communicators and have excellent customer care skills. You will also be efficient in carrying out administrative tasks in a busy environment.

The working pattern for these contracts will be as follows:

Monday- Thursday 12:00pm-5:00pm

Friday 12:00pm-3.30pm

(term time only contract)
