Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a Senior HR Consultant to join a successful and growing HR consultancy based in Central London, close to Bank station.
This is a client-facing role supporting an existing portfolio of financial services clients, providing proactive HR advice across the full employee lifecycle. The position will involve working both remotely and on-site with clients, delivering day-to-day HR support as well as managing project-based work.
Please note: previous HR consultancy experience supporting multiple clients is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Acting as a client-facing HR Consultant supporting multiple clients
* Auditing and reviewing HR functions for new and existing clients
* Reviewing and updating HR policies, procedures and documentation
* Acting as an in-house HR Advisor to client organisations
* Managing employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, redundancy and TUPE
* Implementing and maintaining HR systems for clients
* Drafting contracts of employment and providing general HR advice
