Monarch Education is seeking dedicated practitioners to provide ad hoc daily or long-term support in a welcoming early years setting in Northampton. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care and education for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children's learning and development. Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records. Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to promote a positive learning environment. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care. Requirements: Relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3) or equivalent experience. Strong communication and organisational skills. Knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development. A patient and nurturing approach to supporting young children. Must hold the right to work in the UK and be available for an enhanced DBS check.
