Your New Role
As an Engineering Operative within the Final Assembly team, you'll play a key part in ensuring efficient, high-quality production. You will work with both power and manual tooling, interpret engineering drawings, and support production targets while contributing to continuous improvement activities across the assembly process.Key responsibilities include:
* Fault finding and repair across mechanical and hydraulic systems
* Touch-up painting and final finishing
* Assembly line fitting and component installation
* Safe and effective use of power and hand tools
* Reading and understanding engineering drawings
* Working to production targets and deadlines
* Ensuring the safe handling and movement of parts and components
