Key Responsibilities
* Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities with mid-to-large-scale businesses, leveraging our portfolio of iconic brands.
* Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers, providing tailored advertising solutions to meet their needs.
* Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive consistent growth.
* Account Management: Oversee and grow high-value client accounts, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and partnership success.
* Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging insights to identify and capitalise on new opportunities.
Requirements for the Media Sales Executive
* A proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B sales environment, ideally within advertising, media, or a related industry.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong ability to engage with senior stakeholders and close high-value deals.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Previous experience managing or mentoring team members is a plus.
