We are recruiting for an experienced and inspirational Head of Inclusion to join a growing specialist education provider supporting children and young people with SEND, SEMH, autism and additional needs.
This is a key leadership role focused on driving inclusive practice, strengthening SEND support, and ensuring every learner has the opportunity to succeed.
The Role
You will:
Lead the organisation’s inclusion and SEND strategy
Oversee EHCP delivery, interventions and pupil support plans
Support behaviour, attendance and reintegration pathways
Work with parents, local authorities and external agencies
Coach staff on inclusive and trauma-informed practice
About You
Experience as SENDCo, Inclusion Lead, Pastoral Lead, Behaviour Lead or Assistant Head
Strong knowledge of EHCPs, safeguarding and SEND legislation
Experience working in SEND, SEMH or alternative provision settings
Strong leadership, resilience and relationship-building skills
SENCO qualification / NPQ / DSL training desirable
