What you will do:
* Conduct assessments and gather comprehensive information to ensure effective safeguarding and support for children and families.
* Liaise with multi-agency partners to co-ordinate responses and share vital information.
* Develop clear and concise reports for case meetings and court if required.
* Provide expert guidance and advice to junior social workers and other team members.
* Monitor, review, and evaluate the impact of services provided to ensure high standards of practice.
