A Top 10 Tier 1 contractor is searching for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team based in Lincolnshire. This is an excellent opportunity to work on major design and build projects ranging from £5m to £100m. The initial project is a refurbishment of a public sector building including office and storage facilities (£8m).

Salary & Package
* Base salary £50,000 – £60,000

Requirements
* Experience managing subcontractor variations
* Experience working with a building contractor
* Experience dealing with final accounts
* Industry‑related qualification
Key Duties
* Procurement and managing sub‑contract packages
* Dealing with variations and valuations
* Input during pre‑construction stage
* Production of CVRs
To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor, ranging from £5m+.
