Bela Recruitment is currently seeking an IT Support Engineer / Technician to work in Dungannon, Co.A fantastic local employer. This is an office-based job (non-factory), where you will be supporting a business with a variety of IT functions, ranging from diagnosing issues, problem solving hardware, software & network issues, setting up new users, system updates or support staff on tech needs.
Support the business with all IT matters.
• Provide IT support to all staff – diagnosing IT issues and problem solving.
• Assist with testing new developments and systems within the company.
• Assist with setting up, maintaining, or moving IT hardware as and when required.
• Ensure users comply with ISO27001 Information Security tasks and processes.
• Updating training materials, producing user friendly documentation, inventory control, and asset tracking.
You will ideally have an IT Degree
An IT related subject qualification with 2 year’s experience in an IT support role across Hardware and Software, ideally servicing 30+ users
• Must hold a full UK driving license and has own transport for getting to and from work and other local sites.
• You MUST already be living within a reasonable distance to Dungannon, Northern Ireland, can drive and have your own car. Hybrid working 1 day per week
