Job Description
3. Carrying out both reactive and planned maintenance of production machinery and facilities.
4. Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with company health and safety procedures.
5. Diagnosing and repairing faults on a variety of production machinery.
6. Working closely with production staff to maintain machinery efficiency.
7. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment.
8. Assisting with installation and commissioning of new equipment as required.
9. Keeping accurate records of all maintenance work completed.
10. Contributing to the efficient running of the Engineering & Manufacturing department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Maintenance Technician should have:
11. A strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance, ideally with 18th edition.
12. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a practical mindset.
13. A qualification in an engineering discipline.
14. Experience with diagnosing and repairing faults in production machinery.
15. Knowledge of health and safety procedures within a manufacturing environment.
16. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
