Responsibilities
* Providing compassionate care and companionship to individuals with disabilities.
* Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing and grooming, ensuring comfort and dignity.
* Following established procedures to maintain a safe environment and safeguard well-being.
* Developing and implementing personalised care plans tailored to each individual's needs.
* Promoting independence and quality of life for those in your care.
* Communicating effectively with individuals, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care.
* Engaging in meaningful activities that enhance social and emotional well-being.
* Hold a Full Manual UK Driving License + have access to own vehicle
