About the role
The System & Development Officer will be at the heart of our service, helping to maintain, develop and improve the systems that support Revenues, Benefits and Welfare. The role ensures our services run smoothly and continue to evolve to meet the needs of residents.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting and developing core service systems and software.
* Working with colleagues, suppliers and partners to resolve system issues.
* Testing, improving and implementing system changes.
* Creating clear guidance and delivering training to users.
* Contributing to key annual processes and service improvement projects.

• This is a part‑time role of 18.5 hours per week. The salary range is £14,770 – £15,511. • The contract is fixed‑term, covering maternity leave, anticipated to run for approximately 6 months or until the return of the postholder, whichever is sooner. The duration will be reviewed periodically with the postholder.
